ModulHaus was founded in 2017 in Wrocław, Poland, with a simple conviction: modular construction can deliver the same quality, comfort, and beauty as traditional building methods — faster, more sustainably, and at a fraction of the waste.
Our story
What started as a two-person workshop producing basic site containers has grown into a full-service modular construction company with over 40 employees, a 3,500 m² factory, and projects delivered across Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic.
Our co-founders — architect Marta Kowalska and structural engineer Tomasz Wiśniewski — saw that the housing crisis in Central Europe demanded new thinking. Traditional construction is slow, wasteful, and weather-dependent. Modular construction solves all three problems.
Today, we produce everything from emergency social containers to luxury family homes, all manufactured under controlled factory conditions with precision that site-built construction cannot match.

What drives us
Quality Without Compromise
Every module passes 47 quality checkpoints before leaving our factory. We use only certified materials from European suppliers. Our welds are X-ray tested, our insulation exceeds EU energy standards.
Speed With Precision
Factory-controlled manufacturing means no weather delays, no site waste, and consistent quality. A typical residential module is completed in 10-15 working days. On-site assembly takes hours, not months.
Sustainability First
Modular construction generates 70% less waste than traditional building. Our modules are designed for disassembly and relocation. Steel frames are 100% recyclable. We offset our factory emissions annually.

Licensed architect with 15 years of experience in sustainable design. Previously at JEMS Architekci. Leads all residential and commercial projects.
Tomasz Wiśniewski
Co-Founder & Technical Director
Structural engineer specializing in steel-frame modular systems. Holds patents on our thermal bridge solution. Oversees factory operations.

Head of Client Relations
Former project manager at Skanska. Manages client communication, project timelines, and delivery logistics across all active builds.
